Born in Grenoble (France) in 1984, Fabien's passion for gourmet cuisine came from a very young age.

At 14, he joined the Grenoble Hotel School. Once he obtained his diplomas, he accumulated experiences in France and abroad and climbed the ranks at the most renowned restaurants (Anne-Sophie Pic, Thomas Keller, Daniel Humm)in world gastronomy.

At the beginning of 2015,he returned to France to manage the opening of the Domaine des Etangs, restaurant in Charente.

The chef thus offers cuisine inspired by his travels, reasoned and contemporary; which will quickly be awarded a star by the Michelinguidein2016.

With his wife Émilie, he decided to strike out on his own permanently and founded Le Cent33 in 2018, in Bordeaux.

The Yellow Guide immediately awarded him 2 beautiful hats, recognizing his talent and his proposal or “traditional French cuisine revisited”.
