José Guerrero, Wallis Motor's new gastronomic ambassador, grew up in Colombia and first encountered culinary arts and then had the opportunity to train at the Basque Culinary Center, one of Europe's most prestigious gastronomic institutions. Here he came across a complex innovative approach to food in all its dimensions, focusing not only on tastes or textures, but also on the mood elements and sustainability aspects surrounding the menu.

Fortunately for us, this knowledge is being developed in Budapest, in the renewed  Arany Kaviár Restaurant, where the first guests could taste the special dishes prepared in cooperation with Wallis Motor. The special menu undoubtedly combines elements that are unconventional in restaurant kitchens and are linked to BMW's electric flagship in every detail. For example, the dinnerware used was made from recycled materials from the automotive industry, among other things, and the parts were treated with various artistic processes to give them a new lease of life.
