Sándor Nyíri has a lot of international and domestic experience, but his name has been associated with Arany Kaviár Restaurant twenty-five years ago, which won the Dining Guide Hungary Best 10 Restaurant award every year between 2005 and 2022, except for three years.

In 2011, together with the co-owner of the restaurant, Attila Molnár, they received the Best of Budapest special award for restaurateurs of the year. Their restaurant has been listed by the Michelin Guide since 2007. In 2019 he received the Wine List of the Year award and in 2020 the Restaurant Service of the Year award from the TOP10 Restaurant Hungary Dining Guide.

The Gaullt Millau 1 chef's cap award was awarded in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

This year, the best-known trade magazine, the American Wine Spectator, awarded their restaurant with a glass of recognition.
