International General Assembly and Grand Chapitre 2026

June 11 to 13, 2026

Diner Insolite

Les Dîners Insolites initiated and co-produced by Provence Tourisme are organized by I.C.I as part of MPGastronomie. Emmanuel Perrodin is the artistic director. He designed them with guest chefs using a unique approach: “freely exploring the links between cuisine, the arts, landscapes, and the spirit of the regions.” Marie-Josée Ordener was responsible for the staging, paying particular attention to the welcome and the emotions of the audience throughout the journey.

For the past seven years, Les Dîners Insolites has been setting off in July in search of off-the-beaten-track destinations, where Provence emerges in silhouette, between light and shadow. This table without tablecloths, carried by the wind rose, sets up wherever the landscape becomes a storyteller. At each stop, it takes on a new fragrance. Each year, 20 dinners, 20 chefs from here, sometimes born elsewhere. Michelin-starred or bistro-style, classic or modern, established or adventurous, each one expresses their own Provence. Each meal becomes a stop, each stop becomes an encounter, each encounter becomes a promise: the promise of discovering, together, the most secret things this place has to offer. And when the table moves on, a light trace remains in the air, like a memory of a discreet celebration, an invisible thread connecting the guests to the fleeting beauty of this land.
