Founded in I863, the House of CAMUS is the 5th largest Cognac producer in the world.

Owned and managed by the current president, Cyril Camus, Camus stems from five family generations, ensuring that only the highest quality Cognac is produced, based on the company's heritage value.

The House of CAMUS has an extensive distribution network covering more than I40 countries, meaning that a bottle of premium Cognac is sold every II seconds to connoisseurs worldwide.

Fifth generation of the founding family, he upholds the House’s strong and avant-garde values : to defend its authenticity and independence and always seek the exceptional from Cognacs that best reflect the rich flavors of the terroir.

In 2014 Cyril Camus was nominated as one of the top 50 people to have marked Sino-French relations. Early 2017 he was welcomed into the National Order of the Legion of Honor by Jean-Pierre Raffarin, former French Prime Minister. In 2017, Cyril Camus was voted Top Family Business Leader by Campden FB, and entered the Babson Entrepreneur Hall of Fame. Today, he is Trustee of Babson College, Chair of its Global Advisory Board, Co-founder and Honorary President of Réseau-Entreprendre Poitou-Charentes, Board Member of the Institute for Family Entrepreneurship and a Member of New York University President’s Global Council.
