Konyalı Restaurant was established by Hacı Ahmet Doyuran, who came out of Doğanbey district of KONYA in 1895 and opened a modest cook shop with the name of “Konya Lezzet Lokantası” in Sirkeci in 1897 with four tables and 16 chairs.

 

Topkapi Palace Konyali Restaurant, which has been in service since 1969 in the Topkapı Palace Museum, has served many high-level statesmen, bureaucrats, artists and guests with the taste of Ottoman-Turkish cuisine for many years with the new arrangement. It has been the pride of Turkish tourism.

 

Located in the historical fabric of the Topkapi palace, the restaurant has also received great admiration with the taste of the Ottoman sherbet, which is served to their guests who come to the restaurant with its magnificent view and delicious food. With its special recipe, Ottoman Palace Sherbet, which contains many different flavors, has successfully represented in many events and has gained rightful acclaim.
