We are delighted to meet you again for this new International Grand Chapitre, moving between Nice, where our meetings and two dinners will be held, and Cannes, where we will have the chance and privilege to dine (in white!) on the beach of the Martinez Hotel... A "never done before" for the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!

You are a Member of the Conseil Magistral  (active or Honoraire) or Bailli Délégué, your participation is essential at the meeting of the Conseil Magistral to rule on the agenda.

 If you are a Bailli Délégué, or an Echanson, you are expected at the OMGD meeting that will be held following the Conseil Magistral meeting.

After these meetings, we recommend this historical guided tour of Vieux Nice, with a discovery of religious buildings and Palais Lascaris, an aristocratic residence, located in the heart of the old town... Along with about a dozen religious buildings located nearby, it forms an exceptional group demonstrating the successive phases in the development of baroque architecture from the early 17th century to the end of the 18th century.

We will also discover the traditions of Nice. 

Small stroll on the Promenade des Anglais and  the Place Masséna.
To finish, stroll on the Cours Saleya, with its  polychrome facades, and discovery of  the fruit and vegetable and flower markets. 

Then tasting of a ice cream at Fenocchio.
